1. Who this document protects

The intended service includes businesses and individual consumers worldwide, subject to lawful availability and supported services. Consumer status depends on the applicable law and the purpose and circumstances of a purchase; a form label does not waive it. Some laws can protect qualifying business purchases as well. These regional provisions take precedence over inconsistent business-only limits wherever the law requires.

These are review drafts for a service that currently simulates payment and traffic. Demo credit cannot be refunded as money, and no real payment or early service performance is authorized by this page. The proposed commercial rules and regional controls must be finalized and implemented before paid launch. Privacy rights in real account information are separate and can apply during testing.

2. Mandatory rights prevail

Nothing in the user agreement, advertiser agreement, payment policy or an order removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes applicable service-quality guarantees, remedies for nonconforming or faulty service, cancellation or withdrawal, refunds, unfair-contract protections and rights to complain or seek a legal remedy.

The proposed business liability cap, business indemnity and 30-day ordinary business traffic-dispute deadline do not apply to consumer transactions. We do not require forced arbitration or a class-action waiver. A future choice of U.S. law cannot deprive a consumer of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence; local court rights remain where the law provides them.

Unpredictable advertising results are not automatically a service defect, but a disclaimer about conversions or inventory does not excuse failure to deliver what was contracted for with the legally required care or conformity. A statutory money refund will not be replaced by advertising credit without a lawful basis or valid agreement.

3. Information before a paid order

Before a live consumer commitment, the final offer must identify the actual seller and contact/address details, the service and campaign scope, total price and applicable taxes/charges, currency, payment and delivery conditions, duration/termination, complaints and any applicable withdrawal instructions. It must distinguish a free account, a prepaid package and any balance funding arrangement, so the customer can identify the contract being accepted.

The order action must make a real obligation to pay clear. A default payment method or consent to general terms does not authorize extra fees, optional automatic refill or a separate recurring charge. Required contract/confirmation information must be provided in a form the customer can retain; a mutable legal-page link alone is not assumed to satisfy every durable-record requirement.

4. EEA and UK: applicable cooling-off rights

For covered distance service contracts, consumers generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason, measured from conclusion of the applicable service contract under local rules. Missing required information can extend that period. Applicable national rules, contract classification and exceptions govern; this is not a claim that every country or every advertising transaction has the same cooling-off period.

To exercise an applicable right, communicate a clear decision to withdraw identifying yourself and the relevant contract. You may use the optional model notice below, but are not required to use that wording or give a reason. The final seller details and all legally required channels must be provided before a covered sale. Send the notice before the applicable deadline and retain evidence of sending.

Where the applicable withdrawal law requires it, we must reimburse the amount legally due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of the withdrawal. Use the original payment method unless a different lawful arrangement is expressly agreed without an extra refund cost. An ordinary support-review target, pending internal approval or a provider integration issue cannot extend the statutory deadline.

5. Starting a campaign during a cooling-off period

For covered consumer service contracts, early performance requires the legally necessary express request and information before the service starts. If you then withdraw, only a lawful proportionate amount for service actually supplied can be due, subject to those conditions. If required information or an early-performance request was not obtained, we cannot assume those charges are recoverable.

Loss of an applicable service withdrawal right on full performance requires the conditions provided by law, including any prior express consent and acknowledgement. Clicking Start, depositing money, accepting the Privacy Policy or enabling refill alone is not a blanket waiver. Receiving a few clicks does not necessarily mean the entire contract has been fully performed.

The current prototype does not collect legally reviewed early-performance consent or automatically schedule a waiting period. A real consumer campaign must not be delivered during a protected period unless the relevant conditions are met. We must classify the actual service correctly; an advertising service cannot simply be labeled a nonreturnable digital download to bypass consumer rules.

6. Online withdrawal and ordinary Pause are different

For online contracts covered by the applicable EU withdrawal-function rules, the paid service must provide an easily accessible online withdrawal function throughout the relevant period, a clear confirmation step and acknowledgement on a durable medium without undue delay, including the submitted content and submission time. The national rules implementing these requirements must be checked for each relevant market.

This review website has no live statutory online-withdrawal submission function. Its contact email links open an email app; they do not send a request or issue a durable receipt. That missing function must be implemented and tested before covered paid contracts are offered. A decorative withdrawal button or an email-draft link must not be presented as a completed online withdrawal process.

Pause stops new campaign delivery under the campaign rules. It does not itself withdraw from a paid contract, request a refund, close an account or cancel account-wide refill authority. Turning off future refill does not itself exercise a statutory withdrawal right. Final controls and receipts must keep those choices clear and make legally required cancellation effective.

7. Australia, New Zealand, Canada and other locations

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, including to qualifying business purchases, mandatory service guarantees and remedies are not excluded by a no-results promise or a liability disclaimer. The appropriate remedy can depend on the nature and seriousness of a failure and may include correction, cancellation, refund or compensation as the law provides. The 14-day European change-of-mind rule is not presented as a universal Australian rule.

Where New Zealand consumer and fair-trading protections apply, their mandatory guarantees and remedies remain. Canadian provincial and territorial rules, including applicable distance-contract and Quebec language requirements, can require additional disclosures, language versions, cancellation rights or processes. U.S. state and other countries’ consumer laws may also provide non-waivable rights.

These examples are not an exhaustive worldwide legal survey or a statement that all local requirements have been implemented. Country-specific law, payment availability, languages and tax/record requirements must be resolved before accepting covered paid orders. We will not rely on an English-only clause or a business-account label to remove rights the law gives you.

8. Optional model withdrawal notice

Use this notice only if you wish to exercise an applicable withdrawal right. For a real sale, the seller’s finalized legal name, geographical address and email from Contact & complaints must be inserted. This review template is not an automatic submission or a claim that a demo balance has cash value.

  • To: [finalized legal operator and geographical address]; email admin@keywordsandbanners.com.
  • I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [describe the service and order/campaign reference].
  • Contract ordered/concluded on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address].
  • Reply/confirmation email: [email]. Notice date: [date]. Signature: [only if this notice is sent on paper].
  • For jointly held contracts, identify the relevant consumers and contract. A reason is not required for an applicable cooling-off withdrawal.

9. Help, complaints and regional precedence

Use Contact & complaints or admin@keywordsandbanners.com for a service, cancellation, refund or withdrawal issue. A clear notice is not invalid merely because it uses different wording from our model. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or unrelated personal records. Keep the relevant reference when following up.

Contacting support is not a waiver of bank/card dispute rights, statutory deadlines, access to a regulator or a competent court. Where a law requires information about an applicable dispute-resolution body or procedure, that information must be provided for the relevant market; this draft does not claim membership in any such scheme. Mandatory protections prevail over any inconsistent policy or order.
