Advertising & Acceptable Use Policy
Content, destination, traffic quality and account conduct standards for advertisers.

In this document
1. Scope and review
These proposed rules apply to account use, research queries, uploaded ads, landing pages and campaign activity. They are designed for an adult business advertising service and require operator confirmation before taking effect. Review can approve, request changes or reject; approval does not certify legality or guarantee distribution.
We can take proportionate action to stop harmful activity and explain requested changes where practicable. Advertisers can respond and resubmit, or request reconsideration using Contact & complaints. Emergency removal may be necessary before a full response.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive billing, illegal products, scams, forged credentials and misleading affiliation or endorsement.
- Malware, exploit delivery, credential theft, unauthorized tracking, forced downloads, browser interference or hidden redirects.
- Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, non-consensual intimate content, hateful harassment, credible threats or incitement to violence.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights infringement, counterfeit goods or unauthorized disclosure of confidential/personal information.
- Fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, unsupported performance/health/earnings claims, manipulated scarcity and disguised advertisements.
- Bot traffic, self-clicking, click rings, undisclosed incentivized clicks, duplicate-event billing, reporting manipulation and attempts to evade review, limits or consent.
- Discriminatory unlawful targeting or exclusions and exploitation of sensitive personal traits or information about minors.
3. Categories not approved for self-service launch
Unless separately approved in writing after legal and provider review, do not submit political/election or issue advocacy ads, adult services, gambling, tobacco/nicotine, recreational drugs/cannabis, weapons, high-risk financial or crypto investment offers, debt relief, prescription medicines or regulated medical claims. These are proposed platform restrictions, not a statement that every such product is unlawful everywhere.
Housing, employment, credit and other regulated opportunities require an eligibility and nondiscrimination review before live campaigns. A benign research query about a topic does not itself authorize a paid ad for a restricted product. Payment-provider and publisher restrictions may be narrower than our general rules.
4. Claims, disclosures and destinations
Advertisements must be recognizable as advertising, truthful and supported by evidence appropriate to the claim. Disclose material qualifications, prices, recurring billing, endorsements and risks clearly. Do not use competitor marks to suggest affiliation, invent customer experiences or promise results that you cannot substantiate.
Landing pages must work, identify the advertiser, match the approved offer and disclose necessary contact, price, fulfillment and privacy information. Do not cloak pages, switch content after approval, redirect to unrelated products or collect unnecessary sensitive information. Obtain required licenses and permissions in the relevant locations.
5. Data and audience limits
Do not upload customer audience lists, health information, precise location, government identifiers, or data about children to this prototype. There is no authorization for retargeting, personal-data brokerage, identity graphs or sensitive-trait profiling. Do not place tracking scripts, secrets or personal data in ad text, URLs or banner files.
A future publisher placement must respect consent and opt-out requirements, including legally required privacy signals and child/teen safeguards. An advertiser warranty does not relieve the operator or publisher of its own duties.
6. Enforcement, reports and appeals
Report harmful advertising, a compromised destination or a mistaken decision to admin@keywordsandbanners.com, with a URL and campaign/ad reference if known. Do not resend illegal media, credentials or other people’s sensitive records as evidence. We can ask for substantiation, request corrections, restrict content or suspend harmful activity.
An advertiser can submit revised material or explain a correction through the campaign review response. For reconsideration, identify the decision and relevant facts. Repeated material violations can result in account termination, subject to mandatory rights and fair handling of unused paid funds under the payment policy. This policy does not impose automatic forfeiture of all balances.
