1. No real payments in the present version
All payment-method setup, deposits, manual confirmations, prepaid balances, automatic refills, campaign charges and ledger entries in the reviewed website are simulated. Demo funds have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or refunded as money. The payment catalogue is not a list of live merchant accounts or a promise that every listed method will be offered.
Do not send money using a test reference, enter real financial credentials, or interpret a successful simulated payment as a bank or card transaction. If you believe a real payment was sent by mistake, contact us promptly with a redacted transaction reference; never send a private key, bank login or full card number.
The commercial provisions below are proposed terms for a future paid service. They are not an offer to process real payments or deliver advertising today. A separate launch notice, final terms and affirmative agreement will be required before real charges or delivery begin.
2. Currency, prices and purchase records
Proposed purchases are denominated in USD. CPC is rounded to two decimals before multiplying by whole clicks. Taxes, currency conversion and provider/bank fees, if applicable, must be separately identified before a live purchase is authorized. The current simulator does not calculate real tax or settlement fees.
An accepted order or funding receipt should show the seller, amount, currency, method, transaction reference and relevant campaign or balance. A displayed research estimate is not an invoice or proof of money received. Provider availability depends on approved accounts, business location, customer eligibility and the particular transaction.
3. Deposits and advertising credit
Proposed available credit can fund only our contracted advertising services; it is not represented as a bank account, deposit insurance, investment, transferable currency or peer-to-peer payment service. Whether the final model is subject to stored-value, payments, money-transmission or other regulation must be reviewed rather than inferred from those labels.
A pending card/bank/crypto transfer is not available credit. Funds must be credited once on verified receipt or the designated provider confirmation, not on a screenshot or browser success page. Method-specific returns, chargebacks and fraud risks may require a disclosed hold or restriction. Any later reversal must produce a traceable adjustment and explanation.
No general right to transfer credit to another account or withdraw it is proposed. That restriction does not remove an entitlement to a refund under this policy or law. The proposed policy has no paid-credit expiry or inactivity fee; any future change needs legal review and advance disclosure and must not retroactively confiscate balances.
4. Payment-method differences
| Method family | Before a live release |
|---|---|
| Cards and supported wallets | Use an approved processor-hosted form/token. Disclose amount/currency and any authentication. Do not store raw card numbers or CVC in this application. |
| ACH or other direct debits | Obtain the applicable mandate and verification. Disclose timing, returns, revocation and provider rules; only verified eligible methods can support automatic refill. |
| Wire/ACH credit and other bank transfers | Give verified beneficiary instructions and a unique reference. Reconcile actual receipt, including fees, under/overpayments and returns. A bank push does not authorize us to debit the account. |
| Zelle | Offer only if the receiving business account and financial institution allow it. It is customer-initiated unless a separately approved bank integration provides other capabilities; no universal merchant recurring API is assumed. |
| Crypto/stablecoins | Use a reviewed processor or settlement flow specifying coin, network, USD conversion, expiry, confirmations, fees and under/overpayments. A wallet address or signature alone is not unlimited recurring authority. Refund value/currency must be disclosed before payment. |
5. Automatic refill is a separate choice
The proposed refill feature is optional and off unless you explicitly authorize it with an eligible default method. Before authorization, show the threshold, amount per refill, currency, monthly cap, payment method, failure behavior and how to stop it. Authorization for an account or one deposit is not authorization for recurring charges; a method’s actual capabilities and mandate must be verified.
You can disable future refills in Billing. Pausing one campaign does not necessarily disable account-wide refill, and disabling refill does not pause already-funded campaigns; the controls must make that distinction clear. A changed method, higher amount/cap or materially changed mandate needs appropriate renewed authorization. Failed attempts must not cause unrestricted retries, silent method switching or overspending.
Live launch requires an auditable authorization record, confirmation/required advance notices, usable cancellation and handling for in-flight transactions. The current record of simulated refill consent is not permission to charge the same customer with a newly connected provider.
6. Pausing, cancellation and account closure
Pause stops new campaign delivery subject to the limits described in the Advertiser Agreement; it does not reverse valid delivered clicks, close your account, refund the balance or revoke refill authority. To stop all future usage, pause relevant campaigns and disable refill. Contact us to cancel an order or close the account where the interface lacks that action.
Rejected campaigns cannot run. Rejection or suspension does not by itself make unused paid funds earned fees. Any future account closure must settle valid charges and applicable refunds and handle retained records under the Privacy Policy.
7. Proposed refund policy for paid launch
For a future paid service, the proposed default is a refund of unused paid advertising funds or undelivered prepaid-package value on request after valid delivered charges, verified reversals and amounts lawfully due are reconciled. Paid service not delivered is not forfeited merely because an account is closed or an ad is rejected. No blanket ‘all sales final’ term is proposed.
Charges for valid delivered clicks generally remain due even if no sale results. Duplicate charges, proven invalid-click charges, mistaken charges attributable to us and refunds required by law should be corrected. Bonus/promotional credit has no cash refund unless the promotion or law says otherwise and must remain distinguishable from paid funds.
Request a refund from admin@keywordsandbanners.com using the account and transaction/campaign reference. The proposed operating target is to assess a complete ordinary request within 10 business days; bank/processor posting time is additional. Return approved funds to the original method where possible. Never redirect a refund to an unrelated person, charge an undisclosed penalty or deduct fees that law requires us to return.
The actual provider refund implementation, credit corrections, tax adjustments, method limits and any regional cancellation rights must be completed before this policy takes effect. This proposal is not an automatic refund button or a promise that a demo balance can be converted to money. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over business dispute windows or proposed processing targets.
8. Errors, reversals and disputes
Report unexplained charges promptly with redacted evidence. Contacting us does not remove your lawful card/bank dispute rights or extend their deadlines. We may investigate an apparent funding reversal and restrict unfunded future delivery, but must maintain an accurate ledger and explain corrections. Good-faith complaints must not be treated as fraud solely because you use a legal payment-dispute channel.
Do not fund the service with stolen credentials, third-party money without authority, or illegal proceeds. Real funding needs appropriate provider compliance, sanctions screening and risk controls for the final product. The simulation does not establish that those obligations have been satisfied.
