Business accounts, balance top-ups, bank transfers, cancellation and refunds.
1. Our service
Searchscope (https://keywordsandbanners.com) is operated by ONLINE BUSINESS GROUP INC, 5716 Corsa Ave, Suite 207, Westlake Village, CA 91362, United States. We provide keyword research and tools for purchasing banner advertising. We are the seller responsible to you for our service and refunds, including when we use contracted inventory. We do not collect payments on behalf of independent sellers.
Research and campaign preparation are available now. Bank-transfer instructions and advertising delivery become available only when shown as available in your account. Earlier test balances, test payments and preparation traffic remain simulations; they are separate from confirmed bank funds. These terms do not switch on an unavailable service.
2. Who can buy
Paid services are for business purposes, including freelancers and sole proprietors; incorporation is not required. Personal, family and household purchases are not offered. Wire Transfer is the available method for international business clients, subject to banking availability. ACH credit transfers and Zelle are available to US clients with eligible US bank accounts. Canadian bank accounts and other international accounts use Wire Transfer; cross-border ACH is not configured.
You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract and authorized to act for the business you represent. Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your sign-in details and report unauthorized access. Public information remains accessible without a paid account. Existing customers may access their records and request support or refunds regardless of new-purchase eligibility.
3. Campaigns and delivery
Before you commit, your account shows the selected keywords, price per click in USD, budget and campaign dates. We review ads and destinations before approval. Approval alone does not start a campaign: you must choose Start and have sufficient available funds. You may pause or end it through Campaigns, or contact us if those controls fail.
You pay only for valid clicks actually delivered within the accepted campaign dates and limits. Impressions and undelivered clicks are not charged. Duplicate events and clicks identified as invalid are excluded or corrected. Accepted prices are not changed retroactively. An accepted order controls its specific price, budget and dates.
New campaigns run for the selected 30–90 days; 30 days is the minimum. Earlier accepted terms keep their original dates. Pausing does not automatically extend the end date. Availability and traffic estimates are forecasts, not guaranteed volume, sales, conversions or search-engine rankings. If delivery is unavailable, we stop charging for undelivered service and apply the refund rules below. Campaign auto-renewal is optional, off by default and governed by the separate authorization described below.
4. Payments and advertising balance
Choose the actual USD amount to transfer, with a minimum of USD 500 per top-up. We add a graduated noncash bonus: 5% on the first USD 500, 10% on the next USD 500, increasing by 5 percentage points for each next USD 500 portion up to 50%. Any amount above USD 4,500 earns the capped 50% marginal bonus. Rates apply only to their own portions, not retroactively to the whole transfer. We round the combined bonus once to cents and show the blended bonus percentage and total advertising credit before you commit. A USD 500 transfer adds USD 525 of balance; USD 1,000 adds USD 1,075; USD 3,500 adds USD 4,200. The paid amount and credited amount are fixed in the transfer record.
Campaigns spend advertising credit at the listed accepted per-click prices. There is no separate minimum campaign amount and no second campaign discount. Before Start, sufficient available credit must cover the full campaign budget; top up in Billing if it does not. Only valid delivered clicks consume that allocation. Unspent credit is released for other campaigns at the end of a term or when otherwise released. Earlier accepted campaign prices and receipts are preserved; duplicate an earlier campaign to use the current model. Bonus-bearing top-up lots cannot fund an earlier campaign that already has a campaign-level volume discount.
Payment methods are Wire Transfer, ACH credit transfer and Zelle in USD, when verified receiving instructions are available in Billing. You initiate each transfer through your bank; we do not initiate ACH debits or automatic withdrawals. Card, Stripe, cryptocurrency and other payment methods are retired. Include the unique issued reference. A report, screenshot, pending transfer or payment request does not create spendable funds. An administrator verifies actual receipt and the exact USD amount before crediting confirmed balance. Your bank may impose transfer limits and fees. Applicable tax is shown before commitment.
A confirmed top-up creates an advance payment for our advertising service. It can be used only in your own Searchscope account, cannot be transferred or used to pay another merchant, earns no interest and is not a bank account. Funds are available after confirmed payment; a pending or failed payment is not spendable. Campaign allocations reduce the amount available for other campaigns.
Paid funds and top-up bonus credit have no expiry or inactivity fee. We record the cash actually received separately from the noncash bonus credit. Each top-up is spent in confirmation order; spending uses its paid and bonus portions proportionately, with cumulative rounding to cents. Bonus credit is not cash, cannot be transferred or refunded for money, and does not increase the refundable paid amount. Separate promotional offers follow their displayed conditions and do not stack with bonus-bearing top-ups. An offer cannot remove a refund or correction required by law.
5. Optional campaign auto-renewal
You may separately opt into renewing an approved campaign for successive terms, normally 30 days each. Before authorization, we show the term, accepted USD advertising-credit allocation and renewal date. You authorize allocation of that amount from confirmed account balance at or after expiry, repeatedly until cancelled. This does not authorize a card charge, ACH debit, Zelle request or automatic bank withdrawal. General agreement acceptance alone does not authorize renewal.
Each renewal provides a new click allowance and prepaid allocation at the accepted campaign prices and budget. It is advance funding, not a fee for undelivered clicks. Unused confirmed funds from earlier terms can fund renewal; they are not forfeited. We do not increase the authorized amount or change the agreed campaign plan without a new authorization.
Cancel auto-renewal at any time through the campaign's Auto-renewal controls, without a cancellation fee, or contact us if those controls fail. Cancellation prevents subsequent renewal attempts while the current funded term continues to its end. It does not reverse a renewal payment already completed; unused funds remain subject to the refund rules. Pausing, ending or changing the campaign cancels auto-renewal; review and authorize it again if you want future renewals.
Renewal depends on approved ads, available inventory and sufficient confirmed balance. For an enabled renewal with projected insufficient funds, we show a Billing notice and send a service email to your account address seven days before the end date and again one day before if it is still underfunded. We also show an expiry notice if renewal is waiting. Projections include current allocations released at expiry and earlier upcoming renewal budgets; valid clicks and other spending can change them. Keep your account email current and allow bank processing time. Insufficient balance displays a top-up request in your account and waits for confirmed funds; renewal retries after funds are confirmed while your authorization remains enabled. Changed terms, changed campaigns or unavailable inventory may require review and fresh authorization. Pending transfers never start a term. Delayed activation starts a full new term; missed periods are not billed. Your account retains term history and funding references. Live advertising still requires the actual delivery connection.
6. Cancellation, refunds and billing questions
You may pause or end a campaign at any time. There is no cancellation fee. You remain responsible for valid clicks already delivered, but not for future undelivered clicks. Rejected campaigns are not charged for delivery that did not occur.
To request a refund of unused paid funds, email admin@keywordsandbanners.com with your account email and relevant campaign or payment reference. You do not need to close your account. We first release unused campaign allocations and reconcile valid delivered-click charges, then refund the remaining actual paid portion to the original payment method where possible. The unused bonus portion is not refundable cash; refunding a paid portion also removes its corresponding unused bonus credit. There is no refund fee. We do not require you to accept promotional credit instead of a monetary refund that is due.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and assess and initiate an approved refund within 10 business days after receiving the information needed to verify it. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund. Any shorter legal deadline applies. If an original-method refund is unavailable, we contact you to arrange a lawful alternative.
Charges for valid clicks already delivered are not refunded solely because advertising did not produce the results you hoped for. Incorrect or invalid-click charges are corrected. Please report a billing or traffic concern promptly with the relevant dates and reference; this request does not shorten legal deadlines, card dispute rights or other mandatory remedies. Suspension or account closure does not forfeit unused paid funds.
7. Advertising and acceptable use
You must own or have permission to use your ads, destinations and supplied materials. Give us permission to host, review, resize and display them only as needed to provide the requested service. You retain ownership. You are responsible for truthful, supported claims and a working landing page that accurately explains the advertised offer.
We do not accept unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; scams; malware; phishing; fake traffic; adult sexual content; gambling; weapons; tobacco or vaping; illegal or controlled drugs; discriminatory targeting; or ads for financial, investment, medical or other regulated offers in this initial self-service release. Do not submit sensitive personal information, customer lists or material about children. Do not cloak or change an approved destination to evade review.
We may reject or pause ads and restrict access for misuse, security, rights or payment problems. Where practical, we explain the reason and allow correction. Contact admin@keywordsandbanners.com to ask for review. Approval does not replace your legal duties, and restriction does not remove amounts we owe you.
Use research results for your own business planning. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our service or data without written permission. Estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional advice.
8. Responsibility and disputes
We use reasonable care to provide and protect the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular advertising outcome. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary service claims is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. Unused advertising funds are not service fees. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential business loss to the extent the law permits.
These limits do not restrict refunds or required charge corrections, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be limited. You remain responsible for your own unlawful content and misuse; these terms do not impose a separate broad indemnity obligation.
Contact admin@keywordsandbanners.com so we can try to resolve a problem. California law applies, subject to mandatory law. Courts in California with jurisdiction are a non-exclusive venue. There is no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or shortened contractual deadline for legal claims.
9. Changes and records
These terms apply when you affirmatively accept the displayed version. Existing users are asked to accept updated terms before new commitments; continued browsing alone is not recorded acceptance. Material changes are notified and require fresh acceptance where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively reprice delivered clicks, remove existing refund rights or authorize recurring charges.
The Privacy Policy explains information handling; accepting these terms does not authorize optional tracking or marketing. You can download your agreement records in Security & privacy. What we collect, why we use it and how to contact us about your information.
1. Who we are
ONLINE BUSINESS GROUP INC operates Searchscope at https://keywordsandbanners.com. This notice covers our website, accounts, research, campaigns and support, including information already held about earlier users. Paid services are for business use, with payment methods subject to location and bank eligibility.
2. Information we collect and use
Do not submit passwords, full card numbers, government identifiers, sensitive personal information or information about children in profiles, ads, research queries or support messages. Optional profile fields are not required to browse public pages. Account email and authentication information are needed for an account.
- Account and security information: email, optional name, password hash, sign-in/session records, verification and recovery records, encrypted authenticator secrets, hashed recovery codes and agreement records. We use this to provide accounts, protect access and record your choices.
- Business and service information: optional profile/billing contacts and addresses; search keywords, domains and URLs; cart and order choices; campaign budgets, banners, destinations, review messages and activity records. We use this to provide research, review and manage campaigns, and support your account.
- Payment and promotion information: payment references, amounts, status, receipts, confirmed balances, transfer reports, administrator verification records and promotional-credit activity. Bank transfers are initiated through your bank. We retain the information needed to reconcile payments, not online-banking passwords. Earlier test records remain distinguished from verified bank receipts.
- Technical and support information: IP addresses, request/error/security records, abuse-prevention identifiers and correspondence you send. We use these to operate and secure the service, answer requests, investigate problems and meet legal obligations.
3. Service providers and disclosures
Authorized staff and technical maintainers access information as needed for operation, support and security. We use OVHcloud hosting, our self-hosted email system, research-data providers and protected backup systems. Research queries send the keyword, domain or URL needed for the result to the data provider; avoid personal information or secrets in queries. Email delivery also involves the recipient's mail provider.
Banks and the selected transfer network process the payment information needed to execute your requested transfer. Approved ads and destinations are shared with delivery suppliers and displayed to audiences when campaigns run. We are responsible for the service sold to you; suppliers are not independent sellers collecting your payment through our platform.
Information may be stored or accessed outside your state or country through hosting, maintenance and backup operations. We may disclose necessary information to advisers, authorities when legally required, to protect rights/security, or in a business transfer with appropriate protections. We do not sell account information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current service.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We use an essential sign-in cookie and browser storage for cart selections and requested preferences. They support account access and keep your choices between visits. Sign-out ends the active session; browser controls can remove cookies and local storage, but doing so may sign you out or clear the cart. Removing browser data does not delete server records.
The current website has no installed advertising pixel, third-party behavioral analytics or cross-site audience tracking. Global Privacy Control does not disable necessary account/cart functions; there is currently no sale or cross-context sharing for it to stop. We will update the notice and implement any required choices before adding such processing. External destinations and payment-provider pages have their own practices.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for the account/service purpose, support, security, disputes and applicable recordkeeping. Financial and agreement evidence may need to remain after account closure. We review the purpose and applicable obligations when handling deletion requests; protected backup copies may remain until replaced under backup retention and are not used to reopen a closed account. We do not promise that closing an account instantly erases every copy.
We use access controls, password hashing, transport encryption and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can be guaranteed secure. Keep account credentials private and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
6. Your choices and requests
Email admin@keywordsandbanners.com to request access, a copy, correction, deletion or account closure, or to question a response. Account export is also available in Security & privacy. We verify identity proportionately, respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfill all of a request. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent, appeal a decision or complain to a regulator. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
The privacy rights available depend on applicable law and its scope; business contacts can also have privacy rights. This notice does not require a waiver of them. Account, security and enabled-campaign renewal funding reminders are service messages; accepting terms is not marketing consent. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information.
7. Updates
We post updates with a new effective date and give additional notice when appropriate. A new purpose, recipient or tracking feature is assessed before use, with consent or choices where required.
